Is the lighting the same?
Hard overhead light exaggerates a thin scalp; soft front light hides it. A pair shot under two different lights is not a comparison.
Before & After
Every case below was photographed at our own studio. Nothing is retouched, nothing is composited, and the timeframe is stated on each one — because a six-month photograph and a twelve-month photograph are not the same promise.

Compare
Each pair is one patient, photographed at the same angle at the start of treatment and again once the grafts have grown in.

What To Expect
Growth is not linear, and month three is where most people lose their nerve. This is the shape of a normal recovery.
Grafts visible as small crusts. First wash done for you.
Scabs gone, redness fading. Back to normal life.
Transplanted hairs fall. Expected, and not a failure.
Fine new hairs appear, thin and lighter than final colour.
Roughly 60% of the result. Most of our photographs sit here.
Full density, texture and colour settled.
Honesty
Questions worth asking of any clinic's gallery, including ours.
Hard overhead light exaggerates a thin scalp; soft front light hides it. A pair shot under two different lights is not a comparison.
Tilting the chin down by fifteen degrees can hide a receding temple entirely. Look for the ears sitting at the same height in both frames.
Wet hair separates and shows scalp. A wet before against a dry, styled after flatters the result by a wide margin.
Six months and twelve months are different promises. A gallery with no dates on it is telling you something by omission.
Same camera, same distance, no retouching, timeframe stated. Where a photo is a day-zero post-operative shot rather than an untreated scalp, we say so in the caption.
Donor density, the stage of your loss, age, and how closely the aftercare is followed. Two people with the same graft count do not get the same photograph.
